Is Crazy Clickbank Cash a Scam ?

By now you might have seen a product being promoted fairly heavily called Crazy Clickbank Cash by Steven Lee Jones which promises to send you endless traffic streams of traffic at the push of a button.

Given the fact that there are untold numbers of programs that promise the earth (and deliver little) that appear almost monthly – I had to buy Crazy Clickbank Cash myself to determine if the hype was worth the expense – currently priced at $39, which seems unusually small compared to the claims that he’s making.

So I’ve spent the last week road testing the product to see if ANY claims that Steven Lee Jones is making on his sales page are actually correct – or whether this is just another piece of junk software that you can avoid.

Might I add that I haven’t tested every part of the software, but I’ve given it enough of a workout to convince myself that the software is legit … however there are quite a few flaws in both the sales page and the software itself that you may want to know about before you download it.

This will help you avoid some painful experiences or lower your expectations. Let me talk about them now.

Why Do I Think That Crazy Clickbank Cash a Scam ?

Well it’s not a scam – but from the sales page there is absolutely NOTHING that tells you how the software works or what it does. And that totally p—-s me off, because you don’t know what you’re expecting to buy from the sales page, and that makes it a SCAM in my books.

The sales page lists a set of things that CCC is not, namely:

• Not PPC
• Some kind of fad that will be here today and gone tomorrow
• Something you have to be a technical wizard to do
• Genius level SEO, PPV or classified adds
• Facebook or Twitter
• Anything that takes a lot of time with very little payoff

It also promises:

• No Time
• No Cost
• Quick Results

And it’s just 3 simple steps:

1. Download and Install
2. Push a button
3. Profit

… which seems all too good to be true !

You’ll see glossy SIX FIGURE INCOME STATS from Clickbank for each month, just from Newbies!

So would you really buy Crazy Clickbank Cash based on these claims ?

Well Crazy Clickbank Cash is Not Really a Scam

The Crazy Clickbank Cash Scam shows that it’s easy to put up a sales page and completely withhold information about the product itself. Why does this happen ?

Are they trying to stop the competition from developing the same software ?

• Are they afraid that people will be turned off because it’s article marketing ?
• Are they using a marketing technique based on buy to find out and a low cost point to drive sales in a mysterious fashion, and accept a higher than normal refund rate ? (This is hard to do with Clickbank products because CB don’t tolerate a refund rate higher than 4%.)

OK, so what does Crazy Clickbank Cash actually do ?

CRAZY CLICKBANK CASH DOES ARTICLE MARKETING

The software itself analyses five popular article directories (Ezine Articles, etc) to determine the amount of traffic that each of the articles is receiving based on an analysis of the articles’ keywords.

From within the software, simply choose your article directory and enter the keywords that you want to locate articles that match this selection.

The software locates 10 (or whatever number you choose) articles that  match the keywords, and these are presented to you for further analysis.

The next step is to look at the keyword breakdown that the software has done for you, based on the percentage of keywords that it picks up from the article itself.

NOTE: You will need to have an active Google Adwords account to use this product – and this is not mentioned on the sales page.

Here’s a snapshot of inside the software, where I was searching for keyword terms “increase website traffic”.

One of the BEST things inside the software is the included Article Spinner software. This assists you to develop spins of an actual article that you can submit to directories to capitalise on the traffic that is coming for particular keywords.

It’s the traffic that is produced from the keywords that you identify with the software that “flicks the switch” for you to get more traffic for your site or product.

The only other comment that I need to make is that you don’t even need to have your own website – you can easily create a free blog at Blogger and send the traffic there with affiliate promotions, etc, to capitalise on Clickbank products or gain subscribers (which is one aspect of the sales page that they claim is a real winner for them.)

The fact is that you will need to do more than take a 1-2-3 push button approach to get these results. But at least the software is easy enough to use so that you aren’t left setting up massive PPC campaigns or use Twitter/Facebook or other social marketing methods which can be time confusing or techy.

POOR PERFORMING ASPECTS OF THE SOFTWARE

The software has a few flaws – and I hope that these can be fixed because it does a good job based on the strategy that Steve has developed.

Here’s what I’ve found to be annoying:

1. The Google Adwords Verification image needs to be entered multiple times, which really only should be done once. This is a simple programming error which needs to be fixed in an update
2. Keyword Analysis is done on keywords that you don’t select, which means that you’re wasting time and PC resources on things that don’t need to be analysed. With a simple update on this the software will be more efficient

And here’s what I’ve found to be buggy:

1. Some article directories aren’t working properly. Instead of analysing the article itself the software is picking up the entire page, which means that the analysis is flawed for these directories.

So if you stick with Ezine Articles then you should be ok, because it seems that the software is built for this article directory anyway, and it gets a lot of traffic.

The other thing to be aware of when you walk through the doors is that you will be ambushed with two one times offers – which are also available inside the site – so there’s no rush to get the offers on the way through.

The offers relate to making the software work harder and faster for you by automating things like article submission and the like. These cost around $67 or $77, and if you are frugal then you may want to save your pennies and look around for something similar that does the same thing for free.

So should you get Crazy Clickbank Cash or is Crazy Clickbank Cash a scam ?

Given my evaluation, this product could be a real winner if it were presented more accurately. If some of the current software bugs are fixed it would also be more efficient. For what it does, you’re on a real winner if the promised software updates come through in a timely manner.

Let me ask you something…

What if I told you to STOP working day and night writing
articles, posting blogs, setting up PPC campaigns, searching high
and low for joint venture partners, creating videos … and all
the other back breaking and boring stuff?

Would you think I’m crazy? I mean, how else is anyone going to
find your website online? How else are you going to get traffic?

Well not so long ago, a close friend of mine, Mo Latif did just

An Unrelated Twitter Post (not about Twitter Software Tools but shows the process I set up)

A few weeks ago I set up a post on another blog about How to Market iPods (and the like) on Twitter which got me a few good questions, namely:

1. How do you choose your theme or niche so that it’s focused ?
2. How do you do auto-blog posts on Twitter so that your Tweets can be valued by your followers on a certain topic ?
3. How do you do auto-reply on Twitter (now that they’ve changed their algorithm to oAuth) ?

Let’s see if I can answer most of these responses so that we can all use Twitter Software Tools to our advantage.

Twitter Software Tool #1: Google Alerts

Now let’s get down to business.

When I create a niche on Twitter, I make it an entity in itself. The reason behind this is because I want to make it a saleable entity where someone may want to buy it from me at a later date.

Make sense ?

So for this reason I create a brand spanking new Google Email Account, and also set up Google Alerts with this new email address.

The idea is then that you can create a Google Alert based on “on-the-moment” activity that spools your keywords into an RSS feed.

First I decide on a NICHE, then choose my new Google Email around that same theme so that it is all linked together.

ASIDE: Finding a Niche for my Twitter Software Tools

This is a biggie, as you’ll want to become king of your own mountain and be unique in any area that you choose to market in.

If you get it wrong then you’ll end up fighting for traffic, and be left on the foreshore watching the big waves roll in for everyone else. So make sure that you can get some “talkable” content that people are interested in.

For instance, look at a calendar and observe the events that are coming up.

• TV Shows
• Halloween, Christmas, Easter, etc
• TV Shows, like American Idol …
• Names of People
• Product Brand Names (but be careful with what you do there hey!)
• Anything famous or well known
• Twitter Trends

All these can make for big hits – so long as you are prepared to check out and see if there are already people operating heavily in the niche that you choose.

Oh, you better make yourself a nice picture for your Twitter Profile so that people can connect with you in this niche. And also choose some nice custom designs too – that makes your Twitter site look authentic!

Next you’ll be ready to step into the water.

Twitter Software Tool #2: Twitterfeed.com

Right, once you get your Google Alert set up so that it produces an RSS feed for the keywords or niche that you want, you need to be able to post that to Twitter.

This will provide people some interesting information about the niche that you are in … and the best part is that you can do all this without having to write  a single Tweet! The Google Alert will automatically post to your Twitter Account (again, make sure you use your new Gmail account for Twitter Feed for this to keep it together with your Twitter Account), posting as often as it finds your keywords in the news or where ever you have set to find it.

Inside Twitter Feed you will add your Twitter Account information, and this will need to be created and verified inside your account. Then simply add your Google Alert RSS Feed (make sure you didn’t set Google Alerts to send you an email about your keywords, it has to be in the form of RSS Feed to make this work, ok ?) into Twitter Feed.

Ta da!

Your Tweets based around your keywords will start to appear in around 12 hours after you have set up your Twitter feed account.

Twitter Software Tool #3: Social Oomph

This is the interesting part of the process that you need to grasp.

Listen, it’s easy.

But you have to spend some time to get it right.

Click on my link above and create your own free account at Social Oomph.

Inside the (free) account at S-O you can set up auto-Direct Messages (DM) and attach that to your new Twitter account. So when someone follows your Tweets you can:

1. Thank them for following you
2. Provide a recommendation for them to get a bonus or the like – relating to your niche
3. Attempt to build your mailing list with a free offer

Got it ?

Good.

Well I hope so.

Many people don’t !

PLUS, you’ll be able to locate tweets and use the FOLLOW to chase them down based on the keywords that they tweet

The REAL BEST part of this whole system is that once you set it up ONCE then you really don’t have to touch it because your tweets will be automated, and you will be able to start setting up  more and more automated blogs.

Oh, if you upgrade your Social Oomph account you can do a LOT MORE with it – like sending Direct Messages to your Followers – and MORE! (That’s where the real money starts to roll in smoothly …)

Monetise Your Twitter Account

Now here’s a few more ideas to get more $$$ into your account by creating RSS Feeds from:

• Clickbank
• Amazon
• PayDotCom
• Commission Junction
• Other programs!

Th RSS Feeds don’t need to be generated by Google Alerts – but that’s a good start to keep your account active around your central keywords. Simply track down Affiliate Embedded RSS Feeds from the services above, or learn how to do it, and then add them into your Twitter Feed Account.

If you aim to create a number of feeds that monetise your Niche Centred Twitter account then you will be able to use these Auto Twitter Software Tools to your advantage!
